Niro Facilities Management provides total facilities management services for landscaping, snow removal and janitorial services.

Tell us about your recent accomplishments.

In 2024, we officially launched Niro Facilities Management, which is our new company and “home.” We formerly were known as The Niro Companies. We started in the pandemic days supporting our partners with janitorial services.

In March 2024, Niro Outdoor Designs launched our residential hardscape business, where we elevate your outdoor experience.

What are your family values and how do they contribute to your business success?

The core of everything we do originates with family. From starting our business to supporting our father’s illness to careers for our family to grow. We take pride in our family culture. Our family values are built on dependability, loyalty and compassion.

Where do you see your business in the next 5 years?

In the next five years, we are on track to execute our strategic plans of being a dominant force and leader of facility-related services inside the tri-state area with expansion over the Northeast. We will lead the market in total facilities services for snow, landscaping and janitorial services. We have exciting plans for the Greater Hartford area, with a full announcement to be released in the near future.

Do you have a business succession plan?

We are confident we want to pass on Niro Facilities Management to our children and the next generations.
