PDS recently completed some major projects:
• Artioli Dodge, new 24,000-sq.-ft. dealership in Enfield.
• Mitchell Subaru, new 32,000-sq.-ft. dealership in Canton.
• Stonington Self Storage, two buildings, 17,600 sq. ft. and 15,200 sq. ft. in Stonington.
• Hartford Truck, new 54,000-sq.-ft. metal building in South Windsor.
• Young Pharmaceuticals, new 20,000-sq.-ft. building in Wethersfield.
• York Correctional, a renovation that included 6 miles of new underground pipe connecting to 18 buildings in Niantic.
Also, PDS has received Platinum & Gold Safety Step Awards in the last two years.

Do you have a business succession plan?
Our succession plan involves the third generation, represented by Dan Jodice and Kevin Jodice, alongside their coworkers, who will collaboratively work as a team to deliver a variety of successful construction projects to our customers.
