What are your family values and how do they contribute to your business success?
Our family values are integrity, commitment to excellence, innovation and stewardship. These contribute to our business success by acknowledging what our guests and employees appreciate about our business and finding ways to expand and evolve as we continue to be a favorite family destination in Connecticut.
Where do you see your business in the next five years?
A successful transition to the ninth generation, a well-recognized regional destination for families, and a large wholesale division of Lyman food products.
Do you have a business succession plan?
At two levels: Board of Directors — recruit talented outside directors and transition family directors to the ninth generation.
