A Massachusetts-based family business involved in real estate investment and construction recently paid $1.2 million for a 20,375-square-foot warehouse on 3 industrially zoned acres in Enfield.
Peerless Rentals LLC, of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, bought the warehouse at 4 Niblick Road from Four Niblick Road LLC through a deed recorded Jan. 23.
The prefabricated metal warehouse was completed in 1986 and features 18-foot wall heights, according to assessing records.
The seller’s principal is Steven E. Davis, who is also president of S&S Furnace Sales, a company sited at the Enfield property. An attempt to reach Davis was not immediately successful Tuesday morning.
The buyer’s principal is Anthony J. Palazzesi. The LLC shares an address with Palazzesi Realty and Palazzesi Construction. Anthony Palazzesi is an officer in both companies, as are other members of the Palazzesi family, according to Massachusetts business records.
Attempts to reach Palazzesi were not immediately successful.
Jack Reed and John B. Reed of CBRE served as the listing brokers, according to CoStar.
