A 290-unit mixed-use apartment complex and athletic club has opened in Stamford, the first venture by a national development firm in Connecticut, the company announced.
Life Time Stamford, a 52,000-square-foot athletic country club and luxury apartment complex at 130 Tresser Blvd., is officially open for lease and membership. The venture is the Connecticut debut for Life Time, a healthy lifestyle brand that owns a portfolio of 170 athletic Life Time country clubs and residential buildings under its Life Time Living brand across the United States and Canada, the company said.
The 10-story building’s one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments range from between 540 square feet to more than 2,000 square feet, the company said.
Membership to the athletic club is open to the public, and residents will also receive access to the club. Club members will have access to six studios featuring the company’s collection of classes such as barre, cycling, high-intensity, Pilates, strength training and yoga. Other spaces for cardio and resistance training are also available, the company said. Residents also have access to weekly meal-prep programs and personal training or nutrition sessions.
The property also features a 10,000-square-foot rooftop beach club on the second-floor called LifeCafe, which has a lap pool and lounge area.
The penthouse floor also has a community space available including a private dining room, remote work spaces, a golf simulator, lounge and bar area, outdoor deck and pet area, but the company said that is exclusively reserved for residents.
The club is open Monday through Thursday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, and from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
