Three commercial properties, including two retail/office buildings and an industrial building, in West Hartford have recently sold.
On Aug. 1, a retail/office building at 191-195 Oakwood Ave. was sold for $400,000. The two-story, 3,016-square-foot building is home to Oakwood Package Store on the ground floor.
Town land records show the property, which includes 0.16 acres, was sold by CCC Real Estate Holding Co. LLC to 191-195 Oakwood Ave. LLC.
According to the Secretary of the State’s office, the principal for the buyer is listed as Frank J. Sidoti, president of First World Mortgage in West Hartford. Sidoti did not return a call seeking comment.
On Aug. 9, an industrial building at 41 Grassmere Ave. in West Hartford was sold for $544,000 by Liljedahl Bros. Inc. to Heartwood Renovations LLC, according to town land records. The principal for the buyer is listed in state records as Michael Galvin of West Hartford. Galvin also did not respond to a request for comment.
The property, which includes 0.17 acres, is a one-story, 8,580-square-foot industrial building that currently is home to ESTOccasions, an event-planning business, and 542 Custom Woodworks.
The third property to change hands, according to town land records, was 124-126 Park Road, which sold on Aug. 13 for $610,000. The 3,630-square-foot mixed-use structure is listed with six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths on 0.13 acres.
The ground floor previously had been home to Barlow Tax Solutions, which relocated to 312 Park Road, No. 206.
The property was sold by Barlow Services LLC to 124-126 Park RD LLC, whose principals are listed as Eric and Jessica Boswell of Burlington. Eric Boswel did not respond to a request for comment.
