A package of three properties in Farmington, including a 41,274-square-foot industrial/office building, has sold for $1.5 million.
The sale includes 1365-1371 Farmington Ave., which contains an aging industrial building, warehouse and small restaurant, Carol’s Lunchbox, on nearly 3 acres. The other properties are a single-family home at 1349 Farmington Ave., and a vacant 0.72-acre site at 8218 Farmington Ave.
SuperHeroes Properties LLC acquired the parcels from JRF Management LLC. SuperHeroes Properties lists its principals as Enamul Hoque, Mohamed Atheeq Mohamed Fazeel and Mohammad Alamgir Akbar Awan of Farmington.
The seller’s LLC is managed by Peter Scott of Manchester.
The sale was recorded on Sept. 20.
