Deer Park Apartments at 87 Ruby Road, Willington.
A 45-unit apartment complex at 87 Ruby Road in Willington has sold for $5.5 million, which equates to $122,222 per unit.
The property was sold by Deer Park Management LLC to Clementine Equities LLC, which is controlled by Brooklyn, N.Y.-based real estate developer Gershon Eichorn.
Deer Park Management LLC is owned by Massachusetts-based investment company Gajewski Realty Trust.
Deer Park Apartments consists of two buildings on a 23-acre site, with a mix of 10 one-bedroom apartments and 35 two-bedroom units.
Located near the University of Connecticut’s main campus in Storrs, the complex consistently has close to 100% occupancy, according to Chozick Realty, which announced it had closed on the sale last week.
Hartford-based Chozick Realty brokered the transaction, with Tom Boyle representing the seller and Steve Pappas representing the buyer.
