A note to New Haven Biz readers

As of June 1, sister publications New Haven Biz and Hartford Business Journal will combine newsrooms to take on more of a statewide news coverage focus. 

As part of the move, New Haven Biz Editor Michelle Tuccitto Sullo will become managing editor of the Hartford Business Journal, working with and reporting to current HBJ Editor Greg Bordonaro. The Hartford Business Journal, with its staff of award-winning journalists, will expand its news coverage to a statewide focus, including the Greater New Haven region.

HBJ will feature the largest newsroom of business reporters and editors in the state.

Both publications are part of New England Business Media, which also owns Mainebiz and the Worcester Business Journal. 

As part of Hartford Business Journal’s coverage expansion, New Haven Biz will no longer publish separate print publications or email newsletters. New Haven Biz digital content will eventually be transferred to HBJ’s website. 

Information will be sent out to New Haven Biz subscribers about options to continue their subscriptions with the Hartford Business Journal, both for print and email newsletters. All current digital subscribers will be signed up for our HBJ Today daily newsletter, if they are not already subscribed.
