A local property owner is looking to build a new two-tenant mixed-use space adjacent to his existing commercial complex along Sullivan Avenue in South Windsor.
Scott Leonard of Rocky Hill is planning a duplex commercial building with a 1,260-square-foot fast-food restaurant and drive-thru pick-up window, and a second retail space the same size at 1014 Sullivan Ave.
The vacant, undeveloped property sits next to a commercial complex at 1000-1006 Sullivan Ave., built in 2006, which contains a 3,000-square-foot bank, and a two-tenant building with a salon and Subway sandwich shop, each 1,260 square feet in size.
Leonard owns both properties as principal of Glastonbury 2815 LLC and M.E.G.L.
