'All-Star' developers to headline SIOR event

Developer Clay Fowler will be a panelist at next Friday's SIOR breakfast event in Wallingford.
The Connecticut/Western Massachusetts chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) will host an “All-Star Developers Breakfast Panel” next Friday (May 10) at the Farms Country Club in Wallingford.
Moderated by Sentry Commercial’s Mar Duclos, the panel includes Adam Winstanley of Winstanley Enterprises; Tim Lescalleet of Griffin Industrial Realty; Rob Scinto of R.D. Scinto Inc.; and Clay Fowler of Spinnaker Real Estate Partners. The quartet will discuss what is driving demand in the region’s industrial, office and multi-family real estate market.
Tickets for the event are $35 ($25 for SIOR members) and advance registration a must. Attendees may register HERE.
