President and Owner Allison Minutillo fully embodies Rebel Interactive Group’s core values: positivity, resourcefulness, curiosity, creativity, anticipation, honesty and excellence.
Through her leadership, Minutillo motivates and inspires Rebels to define and execute multi-channel marketing strategies with actionable plans intended to simplify even the most complex of business challenges.
She has a fearless ability to cut to the chase, ignite peoples’ strengths, and draw out their best work. She is also the wife of Chad Minutillo and mom of two sons, Anthony (5) and Vinny (3).
What have been your biggest professional accomplishments so far?
I led the complete transformation of Rebel Interactive Group’s brand, business and operations, tripling revenue and employee count in three years (Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies 2020, 2021, 2022).
I’ve also inspired a culture of 100-plus problem-solving, honest, authentic, resilient, kind Rebels who challenge themselves to be better humans and marketers each day. I’m also creator and host of the Rebel Leadership Podcast.
What’s the next big goal you want to accomplish professionally?
My next big professional goals center around what sparked my passion for the creative industry in the first place: I want to write and illustrate a children’s book series, co-authored with my son, Anthony. (We drew every night throughout the pandemic and have been creating fictitious characters and working on writing books).
I also want to secure more speaking engagements on a regional and national scale and grow my podcast to influence more leaders around the country with the power of positive leadership.
What’s one of the biggest professional challenges you’ve overcome?
Challenges include leading a rapidly growing agency while becoming a mom. Recognizing how much I have to be proud of is hard to see when you’re in the thick of it.
What legacy do you want to leave after your career is over?
I hope people smile when they think of me and feel like I pushed them in a kind, empathetic, but relentless way. Also, that I used my voice for good and appreciated the gifts I’ve been given in life.
