American Savings Foundation promotes two employees

New Britain charitable endowment American Savings Foundation recently announced two promotions. 

Jennifer Cowan has been promoted to program officer for grants, while Heather Hokunson has been elevated to senior program officer for scholarships.

In addition to grants, Cowan helps lead the foundation’s communications efforts, including spotlighting grantee stories through print and social media. Hokunson joined the foundation in 2011 as assistant program officer and has assumed increasing responsibility for the management and administration of the scholarship program.
