A 49,959-square-foot industrial building in Bristol recently sold to a Baltimore buyer for $3.6 million.
In a deal recorded July 27, a limited liability company headed by Robert J. Rohrs sold the 35-year-old building and five industrially zoned acres at 70 Horizon Drive to two business entities sharing the same Baltimore address.
Rohrs is also president of HRF Fastener Systems Inc., a manufacturer based at 70 Horizon Drive. Attempts to reach Rohrs were unsuccessful.
In state business filings in Maryland and Connecticut, the buying entities – 70 Horizon LP and 177 PG Bristol LLC – list a shared Baltimore address and a common principal in 70 Horizon GP LLC.
The Baltimore address listed by the buying entities and their common principal is also the listed address of Selko Real Estate Ventures.
Selko, in its Maryland business registration, lists Max Selig as its agent. Selig’s listed Baltimore address is the same as the buying entities as well as their principal.
