Berkshire Hathaway CT Realty division gets new name

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a new real estate brokerage network, said its Connecticut Realty division in Wallingford is now called Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties.

The Wallingford operation, which is led by CEO Candace Adams, is the second to switch to the new name following the network’s launch earlier this week.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties has more than 1,400 agents and 50 offices in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
