Berlin motel sells for $1.1M

 A 19-room, 1957-vintage motel in Berlin sold for $1.1 million in March.

Mount Royal Inn Inc. sold the 7,165-square-foot Mount Royal Inn on 1.6 acres at 2447 Berlin Turnpike to Royal Mount Inn LLC in a sale recorded March 4.

The seller’s principals are Syed Mueez Bokhari, of Adams, Massachusetts, and Syed Mazhar Bokhari, of Middletown.

The buyers principals are Belaben Patel and Dhrumilkumar Patel, who share a residence in Hamden, according to state business records.
