Employee Recognition: Hosts deadline-filing celebrations on April 15 and Oct. 15, and out-of-office gatherings to observe achievements. It also uses the web-based platform Celebrate US. Special packages and cards and monthly birthday cakes are presented.

DEI Efforts: Participates as a sponsor and speaker in initiatives aimed at attracting minority high school students to consider accounting as a career. Fun & Relaxation: National Accounting Day is observed on Nov. 9. Employees enjoy ice cream socials, happy hours, ethnic food lunches and other events.
