Employee Benefits: Pays for 80% of medical benefits for employees and dependents as of first day of hire. Covers 20% vision and dental and offers voluntary benefits like cancer, accident and pet insurance. Employees in wellness programs get discounts. Employees are allowed time off for voting (up to two hours). “Ramp-up” time is offered when employee is returning after a birth to work a percentage of their hours.
