Bloomfield industrial property sold for $7.1M

A New Jersey-based real estate investor has added to its Connecticut holdings, purchasing a large warehouse property in Bloomfield for $7.1 million.

FS Realty LLC sold 360 Woodland Ave., an approximately 98,000-square-foot building sitting on nearly 11 acres, to an entity controlled by Vision Real Estate Partners on June 21, according to public land records.

SpaceFitters, an electronics lifecycle management provider, is a tenant in the property, which last changed hands in 2011.

Vision is a full-service real estate investor, developer and asset manager focused mainly on New Jersey and New York. However, the company already has some Connecticut presence. In 2020 the company purchased at auction, in partnership with the Knights of Columbus, a 245,000-square-foot Class A office property at 545 Long Wharf Drive in New Haven.
