Bobby V’s renews 10-year lease in Stamford; Windsor Locks location listed for leaseback sale

Bobby V’s restaurant and sports bar in Stamford has renewed the lease for its 268 Atlantic Ave. facility, according to the broker.

Financial terms of the 10-year lease renewal, signed July 1, were not disclosed.

The 20,000-square-foot sports viewing venue features Fanatics Machines sports betting machines and Bobby V's restaurant.

Jeff Kravet of Kravet Realty LLC was the sole broker in the lease deal. Kravet Realty executives said the renewal reflects a great demand for the sports viewing and betting facility. 

The state’s second Bobby V’s restaurant at 11 Schoephoester Road, Windsor Locks, is currently listed for sale as a leaseback opportunity.
