How do you remain competitive in the market?

We believe that remaining competitive in the ever-changing industries we work in is directly related to the level of service we provide. With each relationship we build with a client we focus on three pillars of service. First, is to be reliable. Second, is to be accessible. Our third pillar of service is credibility.

How do you instill your family values in your employees?

As a family we believe deeply in giving back to the community we serve. Each of us has chosen a path of service through many great organizations in our area, including Kiwanis, Rotary, the Boys and Girls Club, Girls Inc, the United Way and many others. We also believe in giving our employees every opportunity to do the same, both through work and outside of work.

What is the biggest challenge to your business in the coming year?

Our biggest challenge in the upcoming year is the same it has been in the past 10 years — uncertainty in the marketplace. Insurance and financial services are constantly evolving. Being ahead of the changes and regulations that are inevitably made each year is a responsibility we take seriously and a challenge to continuously accomplish.
