Borduas named to Lamont's healthcare cabinet
Torrington-based Community Health & Wellness Center (CHWC) CEO Joanne Borduas has been appointed by Gov. Ned Lamont to the state’s healthcare cabinet as a representative of community health centers across Connecticut.
Borduas will serve a four-year term ending in November 2028.
The cabinet meets bimonthly and consists of 38 members including government officials, leaders in medical practice, insurance, labor representatives, small businesses leaders, among others.
