How has your company shifted its strategy during the pandemic?
CHPW continues to leverage technology in how it interacts with their clients. Many of the in-person meetings with clients are now done virtually and the company has also made a strong push to be a paperless company. CHPW uses various technologies to ensure that client paperwork and communication are done electronically.
What are your family values and how do they contribute to your business success?
I have learned from both my parents to go the extra mile for people and to do the right thing. My dad always says people don’t care how much you know but they care that you care.
Where do you see your business in the next five years?
We see our service offerings expanding in the next five years to meet the challenges that our clients face. As the investment landscape continues to consistently evolve, the company aspires to evolve in lockstep to be a great resource to our clients.
How do you plan to keep your business going even after your current top executive retires?
We want to continue to have the ethos that my dad instilled in this business. At its core, Clapboard Private Wealth is based on building long-lasting, trusting, meaningful relationships and we will continue to strive to be a client-centric organization.
What are your guiding business principles?
Being transparent and objective are our guiding principles. We also focus on knowing what we do not know and leveraging the appropriate experts in an industry to make the best decisions we can for our clients and business.
