Branford real estate agent makes national top seller list

Lauren Freedman, a Coldwell Banker Realty agent based in Branford, ranked within the top Coldwell Banker agents in all of North America for 2021, attaining the No. 4 spot in total units sold, the agency announced.
Joe Valvano, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Connecticut and Westchester, New York, called it an “enormous achievement.”
"I'm proud to congratulate Lauren for being among the Top 5 selling Coldwell Banker agents across the continent,” he said in an announcement.
Freedman has been serving home buyers and sellers in the New Haven shoreline area for 12 years.

American Eagle Financial Credit Union announces executive promotions
American Eagle Financial Credit Union recently promoted six executive-level employees.
The promotions follow several C-Suite retirements at the East Hartford-based bank over the past year, as well as Howard Brady taking over as president and CEO in early 2022.
American Eagle has locations around central Connecticut, including in North Haven.
Brian Kennedy has been appointed executive vice president, chief strategy and revenue officer. Kennedy has worked at American Eagle for the last 17 years of his 30-year career in financial services.
Teresa Knox is now executive vice president, chief operations and experience officer. Knox has worked there for 18 years, and her career in financial services spans 35 years.
Ann-Marie Katzer, who has been with the credit union for 31 years, is now senior vice president, retail delivery.
Dara Macchi has been appointed senior vice president, marketing and data analytics. Macchi joined the credit union in 2018.
Larry Michaud is now senior vice president, finance. Michaud has been there for two decades and previously was vice president, finance and accounting.
Pam Villanova, who joined American Eagle 13 years ago, has been appointed senior vice president, digital solutions.
