Breeze Airways launched five new nonstop flights from Bradley International Airport this month, plus two additional one-stop flights, the Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) said.
Two of the seasonal nonstop routes started May 2 and connect Bradley with Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) in South Carolina and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) in Kentucky.
Flights to Myrtle Beach will operate three days a week to start and then increase to five days a week starting in June, while flights to Cincinnati will operate three days a week, CAA said.
Breeze also will start flying nonstop later this month to three other destinations from Bradley, including Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina (May 24); New Bern, North Carolina (May 24); and Orlando, Florida (May 29).
In addition, Breeze added BreezeThru service from Bradley to San Diego on May 1, and will add similar flights to Santa Ana, California, on May 29. BreezeThru service includes one stop, but passengers do not have to change planes, CAA said.
