A Bridgeport apartment building in the medical district has been sold for more than $5 million.
The 55-unit Presidential Apartments, at 55 Jackson Ave., has two studio, 41 one-bedroom, and one two-bedroom apartments.
Presidential Apartments Inc. sold the building for $5.3 million to BC Management in an early November deal.
The building has just over 26,000 square feet of gross living space on 0.77 acres, in the Brooklawn/St. Vincent neighborhood of Bridgeport.
The building was constructed in 1970 and has been managed by the same owner for 18 years, according to brokers in the deal that closed in early November.
Shelton-based Northeast Private Client Group’s Managing Director Brad Balletto, and Vice President of Investments Rich Edwards represented the seller and procured the buyer in the deal.
