A Suffield property hosting the Broad Brook Brewing Co. has sold for $1.5 million.
B3 Management Group LLC sold the 9,431-square-foot brewery building and 1.9 associated acres at 915 South St. to Amherst, Massachusetts-based Howie Realty LLC through a deed logged by the town on March 1.
The brewery was completed in 2020 to accommodate Broad Brook’s growing demand. According to the brewery’s website, the facility can brew more than 13,000 barrels a year and has a full kitchen.
The principals of B3 Management include Broad Brook co-founders Eric Mance, of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts and Thomas Rossing, of Broad Brook; as well as Ronald Passch, of Northampton, Massachusetts.
It is unknown what the sale means for the brewery. The listing documents offered a leaseback provision. Attempts to reach Mance, Rossing and Passch were not immediately successful Monday morning. The brewery’s Facebook page continues to advertise upcoming events at the business.
