Guilford-based manufacturer Brook + Whittle has reached an agreement to purchase Paradigm Label in California.
Brook + Whittle makes shrink-sleeve and heat-transfer labels for the beverage, home care, personal care, food, nutraceutical, wine, spirits and craft beer markets. It has locations in Connecticut and around the country.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Mark Pollard, CEO of Brook + Whittle, said the acquisition of Paradigm Label will further strengthen the company’s West Coast presence and ability to deliver fast service.
“We are thrilled to have another location in California to support our growing customer base and excited to welcome another great team to our business,” Pollard said, in an announcement.
Paradigm Label specializes in flexible packaging, pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves. Its leadership team has more than 50 years of experience in the industry.
Curtis Harton, founder of Paradigm Label, said the company is excited to join the Brook + Whittle team.
“We share very similar company cultures, focused on delivering value through exceptional customer service, print quality, product innovation and talented employees,” Harton said.
Brook + Whittle said it has more than 1,200 employees, nine production facilities and approximately 4,000 customers.
