Building hosting construction supply store in Newington fetches $1.97M

91 Holmes Road, Newington
A 15,706-square-foot Newington warehouse building hosting a White Cap construction supply store sold for $1.97 million in October, more than doubling its 2011 sales price.
A limited liability company headed by Thomas P. Flynn, of Glastonbury, sold the 43-year-old, concrete block-sided warehouse and 1.6 associated acres at 91 Holmes Road, to 91 Holmes Rd. LLC through a deed recorded by the town on Oct. 10. Flynn’s LLC. paid $740,000 for the building in 2011.
The new owner’s principal is Paul Greenberg, of Woodbridge.
