A Cheshire office building has been sold to a local development company for more than $1.6 million.
The single-story office building at 10 McKee Place was sold by Carina LLC and principals Angelo and Judy Volta to Nosal Builders of Cheshire for $1.675 million in a deal recorded June 5.
The building, built in 1983, is set on 6.8 acres and features more than 17,400 square feet of space including offices, conference rooms, a fitness and locker room, kitchen, storage areas, outside patio and parking.
The property is located within the Cheshire Industrial Park with nearby highway access to I-84 and I-691.
Officials from Nosal Development could not be reached for comment. Nosal is a general contracting, building, construction management, and design firm that offers contracting to commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential clients throughout Connecticut since 1994, according to its website.
Nosal Builders is also a pre-qualified contractor for the state departments of Administrative Services and Transportation.
The firm lists its Cheshire address at 85 Fieldstone Court.
According to Nosal’s website, some of its state projects include the state Department of Transportation headquarters and DOT Highway Operations Center, both in Newington. Nosal also said it worked on Viron Rondo Osteria in Cheshire, and facilities at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, and additions and renovations to Barnard Hall at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain.
