City Steam’s comedy club, Brew Haha, moves to Wethersfield

Since the City Steam Brewery & Cafe closed on March 31, its popular comedy club, known as Brew HaHa, has found a new location.

Brew Haha has moved its shows to a waterfront venue in Wethersfield, about 5 miles from its former home in downtown Hartford.

The comedy club has shows on Friday and Saturday nights at Wethersfield at River: A Waterfront Restaurant and Bar, 100 Great Meadow Road, according to its website.

City Steam Brewery & Cafe was a fixture in Hartford for more than 25 years. Although the restaurant has closed, City Steam will continue to distribute its craft beer at more than 1,500 grocery and liquor stores, along with bars and restaurants statewide.
