Comcast's Western New England Region (WNER) is one of Comcast Cable's 15 regions nationally.

Employee Recognition: “Thx” is a social-recognition platform that allows employees to show appreciation to anyone in the company via digital points that can be redeemed for items or an experience. The platform lets employees give, receive and see other recognition. Service Awards Luncheons are held twice a year to honor employees who attained milestones in their Comcast career, starting with 10 years and moving up in five-year increments. Honorees are presented an award by a senior leader hosting the event.
