Commercial building in heart of Old Wethersfield sold to new owner 

181-187 Main St., Wethersfield

A small commercial building in Old Wethersfield that is home to the Old Town Cafe has traded hands.

The 2,782-square-foot building at 181-187 Main St., sold on May 8 for $258,482, property records show. 

The buyer was ASNZ LLC, which is controlled by Andrew Sanzaro, who lists a Wethersfield business address, state records show. He is also owner of the Old Town Cafe.

The seller was Stephen J. Kelly, records show.

The brick building, which sits on 0.26 acres and dates back to 1905, is located in the heart of Old Wethersfield, home to a number of popular restaurants and small retailers. 

The property has an appraised value of $349,999, according to the town.
