Contractor leases West Haven property

A plumbing business, T. J. Plumbing Supplies & Service LLC, has leased property at 375 Morgan Lane in West Haven. 

Terms of the lease were not disclosed. The property features 1,280 square feet of space, which the tenant plans to use for its plumbing contractor business.

The company, currently on Mix Avenue in West Haven, sells products such as valves, showerheads, gaskets, faucets, toilets and soldering supplies. 

Edward Nieves and Carrieann Malangone are the business’ owners. 

Jeremy Rosner of Levey Miller Maretz was the agent for the tenant.

The Geenty Group agents Kevin Geenty, Kristin Geenty and Bill Clark served as agents for the landlord, John C. D’Amato & The LAD Trust.
