What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

When I came to the Connecticut and Massachusetts region I helped to connect the community and employees after the recent bank transition to build financial wellness culture and collaboration with partners in the region.

How are you involved in the community?

I am a board member of the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut and a committee member of Women United. I am also passionate about the KeyBank Impact Networking Groups (KBINGs) and the Key4Women networking program, which helps women business owners and leaders thrive in our communities.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I am a baseball mom of two amazing boys — Max and Preston. You’ll find me at the baseball field, crafting at home, or working around the house with my husband, Joe.

How did dealing with the coronavirus pandemic help you grow as a leader?

Banks are essential and we learned just how important our work is. The impact on clients helped to affirm our financial wellness strategy. We delivered 39,000 PPP loans through redeploying employees into new roles. Our purpose is to be there for our clients and we can reassemble teams as needed to serve them.

Four reasons why you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty:

Executive leader of the Key4Women program that empowers, advocates and connects women business leaders and owners to financial wellness resources.

Focused on delivering KeyBank’s mission of helping communities thrive.

Winner of the 2019 New Leader in Banking award.

Volunteer, board member, and committee member of United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut.

Fun Fact

My favorite baseball team is the Seattle Mariners because I lived and grew up in Seattle, Washington for 35 years.
