The accounting firm of Henry, Raymond & Thompson LLC, has relocated one of its offices to 1 Evergreen Ave., Hamden.
The new space is in a three-story, multi-tenant office building built in 1975. The building has about 17,000 square feet total for more than a dozen tenants, according to city records.
The firm’s current New Haven County location is in a corporate park at 2319 Whitney Ave., Hamden.
The public accounting firm serves clients in all disciplines and industries, including accounting and bookkeeping, taxes, tax planning and compliance and business advisory.
Henry, Raymond & Thompson also has an office at 1340 Sullivan Ave., South Windsor.
Renee Stevens represented the owner, One Evergreen Properties LLC, and Stephen Press, SIOR, both of Hamden-based Press Cuozzo, represented the tenant on this long-term lease.
Details of the lease were not disclosed.
