CT-based LesserEvil signs lease for 303,100-sq-ft industrial building in Brewster, NY

Contributed Lincoln Logistics center, owned by Lincoln Equities Group LLC, consists of two reinforced-concrete buildings on 64.5 acres at the corner of Route 312 and Pugsley Road in Brewster, New York.

Danbury-based LesserEvil, a healthy snack food manufacturer, has signed a lease for an industrial building in Brewster, New York, a company official confirmed.

The 303,100-square-foot space is in a newly constructed manufacturing center called Lincoln Logistics: 84 x 684 Crossings, which is near the junction of Interstate 84 and Interstate 684, just over the Connecticut border.

The location is about 15 miles from Lesser Evil’s existing manufacturing facility at 41 Eagle in Danbury.

The company official said LesserEvil plans “to leverage the space for our finished goods warehousing.”

LesserEvil, which has been expanding its product line, also recently opened a new manufacturing facility in New Milford.
