CT Hospital Association hires director of population health

Wallingford-based Connecticut Hospital Association announced the hiring of Gina Burrows as director of population health. Burrows will manage activities that support CHA’s role in population health, including advancing care coordination, information flow, health improvement through convening members for shared learning and community outreach. Burrows also will support quality initiatives that integrate with population health to improve patient outcomes.

Most recently, Burrows was administrative supervisor at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, where she managed daily operations, including staffing, bed management, rounding, training and patient safety huddles.
