A post-acute care property in New London has sold for $3.2 million, property records show.
The Beechwood Manor property, at 31 Vauxhall St., traded hands on March 3.
The buyer was Beechwood SNF Propco LLC. The limited liability company lists another LLC — Beechwood SNF Holdco — as its managing member.
Beechwood SNF Holdco is controlled by Raymond A. Dennehy III, who lists a Princeton, Mass., business address; Steven L. Vera, who lists a Willington, Conn., business address; and Joel Kirchick, who lists a Wakefield, Rhode Island business address.
Dennehy is the president of Health Care Valuation Advisors Inc., a Massachusetts-based real estate consulting and appraisal firm for the senior housing and healthcare industry, according to its website.
The seller was Victorian Management Inc., which is controlled by William G. White.
According to Beechwood Manor’s website, White formerly owned the business before selling it to Wachusetts Healthcare last year.
Beechwood Manor says it provides post-acute and short-term rehab care and long-term care.
Property records show the nearly 2-acre property has three buildings with a combined living area of 46,266 square feet. Two of the buildings were built in 1897; a third debuted in 1994, property records show.
