CT private equity firm acquires re-roofing company to focus on Northeast, mid-Atlantic markets

Costar Confluence Point Holdings is located in this office building at 258-278 Greenwich Ave., in Greenwich.

Confluence Point Holdings, a Greenwich-based private equity firm located at 270 Greenwich Ave., has acquired residential re-roofing contractor Perry's Roofing.

Perry’s Roofing, based in Pleasantville, New York, provides roofing and related exterior replacement and repair services primarily to residential customers across New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.

Confluence Point has bought the company for an undisclosed sum to launch Eastern Exterior Partners (EXP), a re-roofing company serving the Northeastern and mid-Atlantic U.S.

“Confluence Point's growth-oriented, operator-first approach is an excellent fit for us, and we are excited to expand our business to be the leading exterior home services company in the Northeast,” said Perry Verrone, founder and president of Perry Roofing.

EXP plans to focus on roof replacement in these regions as it grows through acquisition as well as organically, Confluence Point said.

EXP said it sees significant demand for roof replacement in these parts of the country, given the aging housing stock.

Confluence Point says it is focused on established lower middle market essential services companies in the eastern U.S. It was founded in 2024 and targets control investments in businesses with $1 million to $7 million of Ebitda.
