Two industry veterans Cushman & Wakefield hired for its retail brokerage team will work from the firm’s Hartford office while covering New England and New York, including Westchester County and the Hudson Valley to greater Albany.
Tim McNamara will join the firm as senior director and Kevin Daly as director. They will focus on tenant and landlord representation, Cushman & Wakefield announced.
McNamara and Daly join the firm from SullivanHayes Companies Northeast LLC of Farmington.
McNamara has more than 34 years of industry experience and has been recognized as one of the top producing retail brokers in New England and New York. Daly has more than 20 years of industry experience with a deep knowledge of key retail markets throughout the region.
“We are thrilled to welcome Tim and Kevin to Cushman & Wakefield,” said Joseph Caridi, the firm’s managing principal of Long Island and Connecticut. “They have consistently been recognized as two of this region’s top retail producers and they both have unique skill sets and knowledge about the market that will be incredibly beneficial to our clients.”
Daly and McNamara have extensive experience in tenant representation with a range of national retailers.
McNamara holds a finance degree from Bryant University. Daly graduated from Providence College. Both are active members of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
