A downtown Hartford restaurant/retail property formerly anchored by the Blind Pig Pizza Co. has been listed for sale.
The 2,500-square-foot property at 89 Arch St. has been on the market since August.
It was formerly leased to Blind Pig Pizza, which debuted in 2017 but closed on Oct. 3 as a result of pressures from the pandemic. The restaurant was part of the Bear's Restaurant Group, owned by Jamie McDonald.
There is no listing price.
The current property owner is 89 Arch St. HTFD LLC, which is controlled by Laura Yellin, who has a Boca Raton, Florida business address, state records show.
The building was built in 1908 and underwent a major renovation in 2014. It’s located next to the Arch Street Tavern, which is a separately-owned property not part of the sale.
Evan O'Brien of Cushman & Wakefield is the listing broker.
