A Pennsylvania provider of integrated behavioral health electronic health records is trying to expand its presence in the Northeast with a new partnership with Mental Health Connecticut (MHCONN), a West Hartford nonprofit focused on improving mental health for Connecticut residents.
Core Solutions Inc. said its software will provide MHCONN technologies that aim to improve overall patient outcomes.
Core Solutions, which serves health and human services organizations in 15 states, designated MHCONN as its lead agency in helping to develop Connecticut’s EHR marketplace.
“Leadership in EHR technology for the behavioral health field is just one of the many reasons Mental Health Connecticut chose to partner with Core Solutions,” Luis B. Pérez, president and CEO of Mental Health Connecticut, said in the release. “Most importantly, both organizations share a dedication to improving the health and wellness of our friends and neighbors. With Core’s help, we will greatly increase our ability to do just that.”
