East Hartford plaza sells for $2.58M

A 31,694-square-foot retail plaza in East Hartford by the Glastonbury line recently sold for $2.58 million.

In a deed recorded Oct. 24, a limited liability company tracing back to Jan Prenoveau, of Harwinton, sold the 1987-vintage, multi-tenant building on 2.4 acres at 144 Main St. to a limited liability company whose principal is Linalva Andrade Coelho, of Middlebury.

Prenoveau’s LLC had purchased the property for $2.1 million in April 2005.
 
Matthew Nadler, a senior vice president with Horvath & Tremblay, was the listing broker.
