A Rite Aid drug store building in East Haven has been sold for $7.8 million.
Malibu, Calif.-based Cedros Building LLC sold the 645 Foxon Road property to Hawaii-based Rutkowsky LLC in a deal recorded Sept. 30.
Built in 2008, the 14,800-square-foot building sits on 1.5 acres and has a total appraised value of $6.9 million, according to town property records.
Foxon Road, or Route 80, is a busy commercial stretch, with the Rite Aid located near other retail stores such as CVS and Krauszer’s.
The listing brokers were Jason Gribin, Jack Dunn and Jordan Uttal of KW Commercial.
