Erikson named deputy general counsel at Webster Bank; Vines Trumbull, Harris associate GC

Frederik F. Erikson, senior vice president at Webster Bank, has been named deputy general counsel, and two other senior vice presidents, Katherine Vines Trumbull and Jennifer L. Harris, have been named associate general counsel.

Erikson joined Webster in 2001 and he is responsible for major transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and complex supplier arrangements; and intellectual property matters. Prior to working at Webster, Erikson worked for a law firm specializing in technology-related matters.

Vines Trumbull, who joined Webster in 2005, is responsible for providing corporate, securities, transactional, and regulatory legal support for all of Webster’s securities issuances, capital markets transactions and investment activities. Prior to joining Webster, Vines Trumbull worked for The Hartford Financial Services Group and with Citibank Investments.

Harris, who joined Webster in 2008, provides legal counsel to executive management and functional areas of the Community Bank. Prior to joining Webster, Harris worked for McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, specializing in consumer financial services.
