Factory Auto Parts leases new Orange space

An auto parts business has leased a new space along Robinson Boulevard in Orange.
Factory Auto Parts will occupy a 12,234-square-foot industrial and office space at 53 Robinson Blvd.
Senior Commercial Broker Carl Russell of H. Pearce realty group represented the landlord, while Factory Auto Parts was represented by Matt O’Hare of CBRE Group’s New Haven office.
Factory Auto Parts is a multi-generational, family-owned company based in Eagan, Minn.
