Fairfield medical office building exchanges hands for $20.5M

A medical office building in Fairfield has sold for $20.5 million, according to the town’s property records.
UU CT MOB I LLC has bought the one-story, 35,999-square-foot building, at 1152 Kings Highway Cutoff, from Fairfield Commons LLC, controlled by David D’Addario, of Florida.
D’Addario is the CEO of DADA Holdings, the investment and management arm of the D’Addario Family Office.
It is not clear what entity controls UU MOB I LLC.
Fairfield Commons has owned the 1.6-acre parcel upon which the building was erected in 2019 since 1991, property records show.
The building is home to Yale New Haven Health’s Northeast Medical Group.
It was appraised at $7.42 million and assessed at $5.19 million in 2023.
