Where do you see your business in the next five years?
Over the next five years, we will strive for growth with perspective and respond to global changes by implementing innovative, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure linked with our business priorities.
How has your company shifted its strategy during the pandemic?
Our priorities are to support the physical and financial health of our employees, communities and the populations we serve. In 2020, our concerns were focused on business continuity and our employees’ physical safety so that we could continue to operate. In 2021, we expanded our focus to the mental well-being of our employees, furthering our protocols to include physical and psychological safety.
What are your family values and how do they contribute to your business success?
In 1986, when FCP Groton was founded, the business focused on ensuring the needs of the customer were met beyond expectations. Today, FCP Euro has seven core values, including ‘People before profits,’ ‘Serve before you sell,’ and “Achieve results, appreciate and celebrate’ that have become the guiding principles for how we operate our business.
