Following renovation, Guilford office building adds 2 tenants

Two businesses have signed leases to occupy space in a recently renovated professional office building on Route 1 in Guilford.
The building, at 1445 Boston Post Road, spans 22,686 square feet across three floors. Its primary tenant is a Yale New Haven Health rehabilitation and occupational health center.
The new tenants — ProHealth Physicians Inc., a community-based medical group, and JAJ Financial Planning, a financial advisory firm — will lease a total of 8,448 square feet.
ProHealth has signed a lease for 7,170 square feet of medical office space on the first floor of the building and JAJ Financial has leased 1,278 square feet of office space on the third floor.
The building is owned by Madison-based Bennett Realty LLC.
Bennett Realty was represented by Will Braun and Rich Lee of O,R&L Commercial. They also procured JAJ Financial as a tenant.
Kim Perna and Jennifer Gosselin, of CBRE in Hartford, represented ProHealth.
